The “Non-Profit Civil Company AEGEAS” adopts programs and creates infrastructures to support Society in the fields of Health, Education, Sports, Social Welfare, Religion and Culture.

Orchestra in Residence
Megaron – Τhe Athens Concert Hall is a creative arena for cultural and educational activities, an arts centre organised along contemporary lines to promote the role of culture in the community. Its programmes consist largely but by no means exclusively of classical music and opera, complemented by more contemporary compositions, works from around the world, music by younger composers, as well as dance, theatre, cinema and the visual arts. The work of the Music Library of Greece “Lilian Voudouri”, as well as a range of other educational programmes and activities, enhance its educational contribution.

The European Federation of Youth Orchestras (EFNYO) provides a platform for the exchange of expertise in music training, music performance, audience engagement, transnational mobility and intercultural dialogue between the leading national and international youth orchestras of Europe. As an advocacy network, EFNYO enhances communication, cooperation and capacity-building between its members and networking partners in Europe and overseas.
Participation
MusXchange is a transnational mobility programme for the new generation of European musicians. The programme, with co-finance from the European Commission and European Parliament, under the Creative Europe Programme, aims to foster mobility, strengthen skills, and build audiences for pre-professional musicians in Europe.

Participation
Young Euro Classic is an international music festival for youth orchestras. Established in Berlin, Germany in 2000, it is one of the world’s most important international platforms for young musicians in the Western classical music tradition. Every summer, orchestras from all over the world perform at the Konzerthaus Berlin.
