For its Premiere as Orchestra in Residence of the Athens Concert Hall, the GYSO presents in live streaming one of the most important works of chamber music, Schubert’s Octet. Under the guidance of the GYSO Artistic Director, Dionysis Grammenos, who will participate as a clarinetist and with the distinguished violinist Alexandra Soumm, the musicians of the GYSO will perform this masterpiece through their fresh outlook, almost 200 years after its composition.
